Where does the creatine in Olyna Creatine come from?

Olyna Creatine is based on highly purified creatine monohydrate manufactured in Germany. The raw material comes from Alzchem Trostberg GmbH , a world-leading producer with decades of experience in the development and production of creatine. Raw material production takes place under strictly controlled conditions and certified quality and food safety standards.

How does Olyna ensure the quality and safety of the finished product?

Olyna Creatine is packaged in an IFS-certified production facility in Germany . Every step is subject to strict quality controls and complete traceability – from raw material intake to the finished product. This ensures that every batch consistently meets high quality and safety standards.

Why does the origin of the creatine raw material make a difference?

The purity of creatine depends significantly on the manufacturing process. During synthesis, byproducts such as... Creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD), or dihydrotriazine (DHT) are formed. How effectively these are minimized depends on process management, experience, and quality controls at the raw material manufacturer.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after successful order placement. Slight delays may occur during periods of high seasonal demand.

Where is delivery going?

We only deliver within Switzerland.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 70.–. For orders under CHF 70.–, shipping costs are CHF 9.90.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened products are excluded from returns. Please send us a message via the contact form. We will then provide you with the return address.

Who bears the return costs?

The costs for returns are usually borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

How does the refund process work?

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made within a few working days using the originally selected payment method.
